  1. General TermsNan Yang Yun Store is committed to providing premium-quality products and excellent service. As tobacco products are special items shipped internationally, our refund and return policy is subject to certain restrictions.
  2. No Refunds for Non-Quality IssuesAs all products are shipped internationally, we do not accept refunds or returns for non-quality-related reasons (such as personal preference, packaging variations, or delivery time).
  3. Product Quality IssuesIf your order arrives with any of the following issues, please contact our customer service within 7 days:
  • Severely damaged packaging;
  • Wrong items received;
  • Evident product quality issues (e.g., moisture, mold).

After verification, we will offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the same product;
  • Store credit of equivalent value;
  • Partial refund under special circumstances.*

  • Upon verification, our team will arrange a replacement or compensation accordingly;
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  1. Customs and Return PolicyAll parcels are shipped internationally. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the import of tobacco products is legal in their country. If a shipment is returned due to customs clearance failure, refusal, or incomplete documentation, no refund will be issued.
    Once the package is returned to our warehouse, the buyer may choose to resend it by paying the additional shipping fee. If the buyer declines to resend, the order will be considered fulfilled and closed.
